I don’t get it, everybody around here are stocking up on gas mainly. The price is expected to be around $5 a gallon by end of Saturday, tomorrow. I have already heard that 4 or 5 gas stations in town are out of gas. That is so funny. So what, did these stores have gas trucks coming by everyday to refill their tanks before all this? No they didn’t, so I find it very odd that these stations are running out all of a sudden. I really think that it is just a rumor being spread around by all these, as you say, “the sky is falling” people. All this is doing is creating panik for no reason. And I really don’t understand why the gas companies quit delivering. I can see if they cut back or something, but they totally quit delivering around here. It is a sad thing that a hurricane can cripple this country so easily. I’m scared to say, but I can see a prime time coming up for a terorist attack, kick us while we are down.

Gas has gone from $2.63 a gallon to $2.98 a gallon already. I’m sure that it will be over $3 bucks by the time I finish typing this long winded reply.

😉
